Cherry Club – Select Your Own – Every 3 Months

$140 every 3 months

  • 2024 Prosecco

Grown at a single vineyard in Woodside, Adelaide Hills, picked in the cool of night, gently pressed, and cool-fermented in tank. A dry style with just 5 g/L of residual sugar.

Made for sunny afternoons, with a crisp, refreshing palate and a lingering bead of bubbles. Bright notes of lemon, summer fruits, and florals make it perfect with a wide range of foods—or simply enjoyed on its own, just because!

  • 2024 Sparkling Rosé

From old Grenache vines in Willunga and Clarendon, this sparkling Grenache Rosé bursts with aromas of rose petals, wild strawberries, citrus and white florals.

Elegant and dry, with just 3g/L residual sugar, it has subtle red berry flavours, fine bubbles, and a crisp, mineral finish—perfect to enjoy with friends, at celebrations, or whenever you feel like a sparkling moment.

  • 2025 Sauvignon Blanc

Our 2025 Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc, from Kuitpo, shows riper, tropical-driven fruit balanced by the site’s cooler altitude.

Aromas of jasmine, honeydew melon, and lemon drops lead the nose. Early-picked fruit is gently pressed, cool-fermented for purity, with a touch of oak for texture. The result is a vibrant, refined, and subtly expressive wine with bright citrus, gentle herbaceous notes, and soft tropical aromas.

  • 2025 Pinot Gris

From two vineyards in Echunga and Woodside, in the Adelaide Hills, the fruit is gently pressed and slowly fermented in tank, with 10% aged in French oak for added depth and texture.

Aromas of nashi pear, lemon, lime, and green apple lead to a bright, crisp palate and a clean, refreshing finish—elegant, expressive, and irresistibly drinkable.

  • 2025 Fiano

We love how well suited Fiano is to the Australian climate, with it's thick skin and ability to ripen on the vine without losing acidity under the summer sun. It's also very versatile in the winery, and our aim is to make a style that is fresh, zippy and attractively aromatic. We work with a vineyard at Kersbrook, in the warmer northern Adelaide Hills, which we think is a perfect site growing for Italian grape varieties.

  • 2023 Grüner Veltliner

Flavours of green apple and peach, with a lovely lime zest acidity structure. An exotic and textural alternative for lovers of Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc.

  • 2025 Rosé

Made in a blush and bright Rosé style, from a single Grenache vineyard in McLaren Vale.

Aromas of rose petal, white peach and citrus with subtle spice and native berry. Bright red fruits and soft florals carry through the palate, lifted by a touch of coastal freshness. Dry, precise, and lingering with ripe strawberry notes.

  • 2024 Sangiovese

A brand new release from the stunning 2024 vintage in McLaren Vale. Whole berries were retained after destemming the bunches (no crushing took place), before a cool, open top fermentation. Fermented slowly for 25 days on skins and then basket pressed to seasoned French Hogsheads for 8 months of maturation. Vegan friendly.

  • 2024 Iberica

Our bright and vibrant fresh release takes inspiration from the Iberian Peninsula. A joven-style blend of Grenache, Tempranillo, and Touriga, it offers aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and delicate florals, with hints of spice.

Juicy and lively on the palate, with plush tannins and lovely fruit-weight, it’s perfect with tapas or simply on its own.

  • 2024 Nero d'Avola

One of Sicily’s great wine treasures, Nero d’Avola is known for its dark berry flavours and medium-bodied style. Ours comes from a single vineyard in McLaren Flat, hand-picked at peak ripeness, perfectly suited to the region’s warm climate.

Aromas of ripe blackberry, plum, and a hint of spice lead to a smooth, silky palate with rounded tannins and a lingering, fruit-driven finish.

  • 2024 Tempranillo

Grown from two vineyards throughout McLaren Vale to truly express this wonderful grape variety that is so well suited to our Aussie climate.

A vibrant, medium to full-bodied style with soft, plush tannins.

  • 2024 Grenache

An early hand picked parcel from the iconic Brini vineyard in Blewitt Springs. 100% Grenache, grown on ancient sandy soils. Partly fermented in locally made terracotta pots, gently hand plunged with extended time on skins. Basket pressed and matured for 6 months in seasoned French oak. A fresh, bright style.

  • 2024 Pinot Noir

  • 2024 McLaren Vale Shiraz

Sourced from two exceptional vineyards in McLaren Vale, this Shiraz captures the richness and generosity the region is renowned for. Layers of dark berries, ripe plums, and warm spice are framed by velvety, structured tannins, creating a wine that is both powerful and refined. Shiraz reigns supreme in McLaren Vale, and this wine is a true testament to its stature — a confident, elegant expression of the region’s heart and soul, made to be savored now or cellared to develop further complexity.

  • 2024 Cabernet Malbec

A blend of Cabernet Franc (51%), Malbec (30%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (19%) from three distinct vineyards. Cabernet Franc from Blewitt Springs adds aromatic lift, Malbec from McLaren Flat brings fresh dark fruit, and Cabernet Sauvignon from Clarendon provides structure and depth.

Gently fermented with whole berries and extended skin contact, the parcels were basket pressed and matured in French oak for 12 months. A poised medium-bodied red offering blackcurrant, plum, subtle herbs, fine tannins, and a savoury, lingering finish.

  • 2024 Clarendon Shiraz

Handpicked fruit from our vineyard nestled above the Clarendon township, at one of the highest sites in the McLaren Vale wine region. We have been farming this site without any herbicide, insecticide or systemic chemicals and use Indian Runner Ducks to forage undervine, and sheep grazing over winter. Gentle handling and winemaking has been utilized every step of the way.
