2025 Prosecco

Price range: $32 through $384

Brunch is better with bubbles.

Grown at a single vineyard in Woodside in the Adelaide Hills, this is a bright, dry Prosecco made for sunny afternoons and easy occasions.

The fruit is picked in the cool of night, gently pressed and cool-fermented in tank to keep everything fresh, crisp and lively. With just 5g/L residual sugar, it’s dry with plenty of juicy freshness and a fine, lingering bead.

Bright lemon, summer fruit and floral notes lead into a crisp, refreshing finish. Fresh, lively and seriously easy to drink — equally at home with brunch, lunch or simply a glass in hand.

Best enjoyed cold, preferably in the sun.
