Handpicked from our Piggott Range vineyard and a neighbouring site on Easton Road in Clarendon, this Shiraz comes from two of the highest-elevation vineyards in McLaren Vale, where cooler conditions help retain freshness and fragrance.

Around 20% whole bunches are included in the ferment, adding spice and fine tannin structure. Gently basket pressed, the wine spends 14 months in carefully selected French oak puncheons, with only the finest barrels making the final blend.

Fragrant and finely structured, with dark berries, subtle spice, savoury complexity and fine, persistent tannins. Supple and generous, with plenty of length. A wine to enjoy now, or cellar for years to come.
