Our 2025 Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc is a single-vineyard wine from Kuitpo. The warmer vintage has brought a riper, tropical driven fruit character, while the cooler aspects of the site maintain elegance and vibrant acidity. The result is a subtly expressive, refined style that balances bright citrus, gentle herbaceous notes, and soft tropical aromas.
