Made from old Grenache vines in Willunga and Clarendon, this sparkling Rosé is all about freshness, flavour and a little bit of fun.
A short stay on skins gives it a delicate blush colour, with aromas of wild strawberries, rose petals and white florals. The palate is dry and lively, with strawberries and cream, fine bubbles and a crisp, mineral finish. Just 3g/L residual sugar keeps it fresh and beautifully balanced.
Fresh, elegant and seriously easy to drink — the perfect date for a long lunch.
Always good to have in the fridge.
