Fiano feels right at home in the Australian sun. Originally from southern Italy, it has thick skins and the natural acidity to ripen beautifully without losing its freshness.
Grown at Kersbrook in the warmer northern part of Adelaide hills, the fruit is gently pressed and cool-fermented to keep things fresh, zippy and aromatic. A few months on lees adds extra texture and weight to the palate.
Expect bright citrus, white flowers and stone fruit, with a fresh, lively finish.
Pour cold. Order something salty.
