We love how well suited Fiano is to the Australian climate, with it’s thick skin and ability to ripen on the vine without losing acidity under the summer sun. It’s also very versatile in the winery, and our aim is to make a style that is fresh, zippy and attractively aromatic. We work with a vineyard at Kersbrook, in the warmer northern Adelaide Hills, which we think is a perfect site growing for Italian grape varieties.
Ripe peach, grapefruit, textural and layered.
Our bright and vibrant fresh release takes inspiration from the Iberian Peninsula. A joven-style blend of Grenache, Tempranillo, and Touriga, it offers aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and delicate florals, with hints of spice.
Juicy and lively on the palate, with plush tannins and lovely fruit-weight, it’s perfect with tapas or simply on its own.
Deep, inky colour with very pretty aromatics that leap out of the glass. Bouncy blackberry fruit like Ribena and chocolate cake. Lovely balanced acidity/tannin structure and a rich, plush texture.
From two vineyards in Echunga and Woodside, in the Adelaide Hills, the fruit is gently pressed and slowly fermented in tank, with 10% aged in French oak for added depth and texture.
Aromas of nashi pear, lemon, lime, and green apple lead to a bright, crisp palate and a clean, refreshing finish—elegant, expressive, and irresistibly drinkable.
Grown at a single vineyard in Woodside, Adelaide Hills, picked in the cool of night, gently pressed, and cool-fermented in tank. A dry style with just 5 g/L of residual sugar.
Made for sunny afternoons, with a crisp, refreshing palate and a lingering bead of bubbles. Bright notes of lemon, summer fruits, and florals make it perfect with a wide range of foods—or simply enjoyed on its own, just because!
Our 2025 Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc, from Kuitpo, shows riper, tropical-driven fruit balanced by the site’s cooler altitude.
Aromas of jasmine, honeydew melon, and lemon drops lead the nose. Early-picked fruit is gently pressed, cool-fermented for purity, with a touch of oak for texture. The result is a vibrant, refined, and subtly expressive wine with bright citrus, gentle herbaceous notes, and soft tropical aromas.
A blend of Cabernet Franc (51%), Malbec (30%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (19%) from three distinct vineyards. Cabernet Franc from Blewitt Springs adds aromatic lift, Malbec from McLaren Flat brings fresh dark fruit, and Cabernet Sauvignon from Clarendon provides structure and depth.
Gently fermented with whole berries and extended skin contact, the parcels were basket pressed and matured in French oak for 12 months. A poised medium-bodied red offering blackcurrant, plum, subtle herbs, fine tannins, and a savoury, lingering finish.
