One parcel comes from a certified organic block on Hahn Road at Sellicks Hill, with the balance sourced from our cooler, higher-elevation home block in Clarendon.
The Clarendon fruit brings lift, structure, and finesse, while the warmer Hahn Road parcel adds richness, depth, and plush dark fruit character. Layers of blackberry, ripe plum, and subtle spice are framed by velvety tannins and balanced oak, creating a Shiraz that is both generous and refined — a true expression of McLaren Vale.
