Aromatic turkish delight and rose petals with a refreshing, dry finish.
Handpicked fruit from our vineyard nestled above the Clarendon township, at one of the highest sites in the McLaren Vale wine region. We have been farming this site without any herbicide, insecticide or systemic chemicals and use Indian Runner Ducks to forage undervine, and sheep grazing over winter. Gentle handling and winemaking has been utilized every step of the way.
From two vineyards in Echunga and Woodside, in the Adelaide Hills, the fruit is gently pressed and slowly fermented in tank, with 10% aged in French oak for added depth and texture.
Aromas of nashi pear, lemon, lime, and green apple lead to a bright, crisp palate and a clean, refreshing finish—elegant, expressive, and irresistibly drinkable.
Sourced from two exceptional vineyards in McLaren Vale, this Shiraz captures the richness and generosity the region is renowned for. Layers of dark berries, ripe plums, and warm spice are framed by velvety, structured tannins, creating a wine that is both powerful and refined. Shiraz reigns supreme in McLaren Vale, and this wine is a true testament to its stature — a confident, elegant expression of the region’s heart and soul, made to be savored now or cellared to develop further complexity.
Grown at a single vineyard in Woodside, Adelaide Hills, picked in the cool of night, gently pressed, and cool-fermented in tank. A dry style with just 5 g/L of residual sugar.
Made for sunny afternoons, with a crisp, refreshing palate and a lingering bead of bubbles. Bright notes of lemon, summer fruits, and florals make it perfect with a wide range of foods—or simply enjoyed on its own, just because!
Our 2025 Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc, from Kuitpo, shows riper, tropical-driven fruit balanced by the site’s cooler altitude.
Aromas of jasmine, honeydew melon, and lemon drops lead the nose. Early-picked fruit is gently pressed, cool-fermented for purity, with a touch of oak for texture. The result is a vibrant, refined, and subtly expressive wine with bright citrus, gentle herbaceous notes, and soft tropical aromas.
We love how well suited Fiano is to the Australian climate, with it’s thick skin and ability to ripen on the vine without losing acidity under the summer sun. It’s also very versatile in the winery, and our aim is to make a style that is fresh, zippy and attractively aromatic. We work with a vineyard at Kersbrook, in the warmer northern Adelaide Hills, which we think is a perfect site growing for Italian grape varieties.
