Sourced from Coonawarra, in a fantastic growing season for Cabernet. This wine has a velvety mouthfeel, with a classic pastille core, blackcurrant and forest fruits. Enjoy now or cellar for 5-10 years, with enough tannin weight that will develop gracefully.

Shiraz always will be the King of McLaren Vale. Ours is grown at two exceptional sites in McLaren Vale. 30% from our Piggott Range Vineyard and 70% from the esteemed Gateway Vineyard.
Grenache is the star of this wine and is picked in multiple parcels across McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek, as well as a small parcel of Cinsault Made in a blush and bright Rosé style, fermented slowly before 6 months of maturation on fluffy lees in seasoned French oak. Delicated florals, fresh red fruits and […]
A magic carpet of three different Pinot Noir clones, 777, MV6 and Pommard. Hand-picked parcels from Kuitpo, with another later pick from Forreston. 30% whole bunches in the ferments, before basket pressing and maturation for 6 months in seasoned French oak. A bright, floral and layered style.
Whole berries were retained after destemming the bunches (no crushing took place), before a cool, open top fermentation. Fermented slowly for 12 days on skins and then basket pressed to seasoned French Hogsheads for 10 months of maturation. Bottled without any fining or filtration.
We love how well suited Fiano is to the Australian climate, with it’s thick skin and ability to ripen on the vine without losing acidity under the summer sun. It’s also very versatile in the winery, and our aim is to make a style that is fresh, zippy and attractively aromatic. We work with a vineyard at Kersbrook, in the warmer northern Adelaide Hills, which we think is a perfect site growing for Italian grape varieties.
This wine celebrates the natural coloured skins of the Pinot Gris grape, which have a rosy, coppery hue. It is a distinct wine style called ramato, meaning ‘copper’ in Italian, and lands somewhere between an orange wine and a rosé. With the added textural component that the skin contact gives the wine, it is extremely food-friendly and partners up with a wide array of dishes. Bottled without fining or filtration.
Our bright and vibrant fresh release of the season. A blend of Grenache, Tempranillo and Touriga gently fermented, basket pressed and bottled for a joven style wine.
Handpicked fruit from our vineyard nestled above the Clarendon township, at one of the highest sites in the McLaren Vale wine region. We have been farming this site without any herbicide, insecticide or systemic chemicals and use Indian Runner Ducks to forage undervine, and sheep and alpacas grazing over winter. Gentle handling and winemaking has been utilized every step of the way.
