Fruit for this wine is sourced from two vineyards in Echunga and Woodside in the Adelaide Hills. Both blocks were harvested in the cool of the night and quickly pressed off skins to avoid colour. Fermented in tank and then 10% in French oak on full lees for 4 months to increase mouthfeel and texture. Bright, vibrant characters of citrus lemon/lime with a linear acidity structure.
