Winemaker Notes
Sourced from vineyards in Currency Creek and Langhorne Creek. Picked in the cool of night, pressed and cool fermented in tank. Made for sunny afternoons on the deck, with a lingering bead of bubbles and a crisp, refreshing palate. Bright characters of lemon, summer fruits and florals. A great palate cleanser which is versatile with a wide variety of foods.
Food Pairing
Fresh oysters and prosciutto

Our bright and vibrant fresh release of the season. A blend of Grenache, Tempranillo and Touriga gently fermented, basket pressed and bottled for a joven style wine.
A magic carpet of three different Pinot Noir clones from a single vineyard in Ironbank. Hand picked with 30% whole bunches, before gently basket pressing and maturation for 6 months in seasoned French oak. A bright, floral and layered style.

Made in a blush and bright Rosé style, from a single Grenache vineyard in McLaren Vale. Delicated florals, fresh red fruits and spice on the nose, with a satisfying texture and a crisp, dry finish.
Lightly framed with pretty perfume of raspberry, violets, figs and those typical greenish/herbal characters of Franc. Soft and seductive, the sort of wine you could briefly chill on a hot summer day.
