Fruit for this wine is sourced from a single vineyard in Forreston, Adelaide Hills and was harvested at night and quickly pressed off skins to avoid colour. Fermented in tank and then 10% in French oak on full lees for 4 months to increase mouthfeel and texture. Bright, vibrant characters of citrus lemon/lime with a linear acidity structure.
Food Pairing

Sourced from Coonawarra, in a fantastic growing season for Cabernet. This wine has a velvety mouthfeel, with a classic pastille core, blackcurrant and forest fruits. Enjoy now or cellar for 5-10 years, with enough tannin weight that will develop gracefully.
Whole berries were retained after destemming the bunches (no crushing took place), before a cool, open top fermentation. Fermented slowly for 25 days on skins and then basket pressed to seasoned French Hogsheads for 8 months of maturation. Bottled without any fining agents
Made in a blush and bright Rosé style, from a single Grenache vineyard in McLaren Vale. Delicated florals, fresh red fruits and spice on the nose, with a satisfying texture and a crisp, dry finish.
Lightly framed with pretty perfume of raspberry, violets, figs and those typical greenish/herbal characters of Franc. Soft and seductive, the sort of wine you could briefly chill on a hot summer day.
