Winemaker Notes
Fruit for this wine is sourced from a single vineyards in Forreston, Adelaide Hills and was harvested at night and quickly pressed off skins to avoid colour. Fermented in tank and then 10% in French oak on full lees for 4 months to increase mouthfeel and texture. Bright, vibrant characters of citrus lemon/lime with a linear acidity structure.
