Winemaker Notes
Grenache is the star of this wine and is picked in multiple parcels across McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek, as well as a small parcel of Cinsault Made in a blush and bright Rosé style, fermented slowly before 6 months of maturation on fluffy lees in seasoned French oak. Delicated florals, fresh red fruits and spice on the nose, with a satisfying texture and a crisp, dry finish.
Food Pairing
Any Thai or Indian dishes, or pair with warm apple pie for dessert.
