Our Cellar Door is nestled on the northern edge of the McLaren Vale wine region, at 60 Grants Gully Road, Chandlers Hill SA.

We opened our stunning, architecturally designed building in 2022, with sweeping views over the vines, gumtrees and Gulf St Vincent. We proudly showcase a wide range of freshly framed Mediterranean wine varieties, as well focussing on the local heroes of fiano, grenache and shiraz.

We welcome you to enjoy wines by the glass, or take part in a casual but educated wine flight. Local beers, shared platters and tapas style food offerings are also available to enjoy on the large undercover deck or spacious lawns, while soaking in the views.

Please note, for group bookings of 12 or more adults, we require all adults in the group to be on our Chef’s Grazing Selection (for sharing). Let us look after you and guide your group dining experience. We look forward to seeing you!

How do I book a table?

What food do you have available?
Our food offerings focus on using premium quality, local produce. We focus on tapas style menu items designed to share on the table with friends. In addition to our smaller tapas options, we also offer a Harvest Platter, with a selection of dips, cheeses and Spanish Jamon. Our full menu can be viewed on our Cellar Door page.
How long does a wine tasting experience take?
Please allow 90 minutes for a tasting so you can enjoy our wine flight, which includes 7 wine samples. Bookings however are typically for a 2 hour duration.
Are you dog friendly?
We are focussed on creating a relaxed, easy-going family atmosphere and as such, dogs are permitted outside, but need to remain on a lead at all times (with the exception of Guide dogs).
Do you do functions and events at Main & Cherry cellar door?
We are currently offering some private room hire and full venue hire, provided that the events fit into our current opening hours. We have facilities for corporate events, including working lunches and team building events, with access to built in audio visual equipment. Can we bring our kids?
We're all family people here at Main & Cherry and encourage you to bring the kiddies along! Please be mindful of keeping an eye on them and not allowing them to run into the vineyard. We also have highchairs and baby changing available, ask our staff for any help you may need.
Do you cater to drivers, non alcoholic drinks, kids drinks?
We have coffee, tea, juice boxes, soft drinks, non-alcoholic cocktails and non-alcoholic beer available.
