Sourced from the renowned K1 Vineyard in Kuitpo, this Gewürztraminer was handpicked and fermented with one day of skin contact to build texture, aromatics and complexity. Fermentation was carefully managed to retain the variety’s vibrant floral character, with a small amount of residual sugar (5g/L) left to balance the natural spice and exotic fruit profile.
The wine was matured on fine lees before bottling in June 2026. Aromas of lychee, rose petal and Turkish delight leap from the glass, layered with hints of ginger spice, mandarin peel and citrus blossom. The palate is textural and vibrant, with flavours of exotic fruits and spice balanced by refreshing natural acidity. A subtle touch of sweetness provides harmony and persistence, delivering excellent line and length through the finish.
