Inzolia is a rare white variety that originates from Sicily, known for big, crunchy berries with a golden skin and low acidity. We are lucky to work with a passionate grower in the Adelaide Hills, who is one of only a handful of people in Australia to have planted Inzolia.
Grown at Piccadilly Valley and hand picked at optimal ripeness, when the skins have a nice golden hue and the berries are full of flavour, but the natural acidity hasn’t dipped away too much. Ci piace!
