Gökotta (“yok-oota”) is the act of rising early to hear the birds sing. This wine is a nod to a blend typically seen from the southern Rhone Valley, utilising Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault grapes. Our version is hand-picked early in the season, early in the morning, and best enjoyed in it’s youth (hence the name).

Inzolia is a rare white variety that originates from Sicily, known for big, crunchy berries with a golden skin and low acidity. We are lucky to work with a passionate grower in the Adelaide Hills, who is one of only a handful of people in Australia to have planted Inzolia.

Grown at Piccadilly Valley and hand picked at optimal ripeness, when the skins have a nice golden hue and the berries are full of flavour, but the natural acidity hasn’t dipped away too much. Ci piace!

Nero d’Avola is without a doubt one of the jewels in the Sicilian winemaking crown, with it’s dark berried characters and medium bodied nature. Our Nero is grown at a single vineyard in the Piccadilly Valley and hand picked at optimal flavour ripeness, with voluptuous tannins. A glass of this often spills over into a long lunch with mates on a sun-drenched afternoon.
